9 Player Pepper Tip by Alicia Nopola in Two Harbors, MN. The setup is as follows. There are three back row players on each side. Those players will remain on their side throughout the drill. There are two hitters and one setter that will begin on one side of the net, and then after an attack, they move under the net to become the hitters and setters on that side. The two hitters and setter remain in the drill until they have completed 7 good pass-set-attack sequences. It doesn’t have to be 7 in a row. If they are unable...

Tip by Jynell Brunt in Lansdale, PA.   "10 before 4" A great game for practicing serve & serve receive- as well as the mental toughness needed to come from behind & win! Tip by Tim Caroll in Hutchinson, MN   This drill is called adrenaline - named by the players. Two coaches - each on a box at the pins. 10 players split into two groups of five - or whatever works for you. First group is in the drill - the other group shags balls and keeps the court safe. The first group begins with 1 player in the middle back - remaining 4 players are in line. Coach on the OH pin hits a ball to the player in the middle back. She digs it to a target (someone from...
