Backrow Attacking:
When I work on backrow attacking one of the drills I like to do is place an empty ball cart on one side of the court. All players are on the opposite side of the court with a ball.
Players need to toss to themselves and attack the ball from behind the 10 ft. line while also trying to aim at the empty cart. The object is to have a good attack and force the cart out of bounds. I play for time, number of contacts it takes or competition between groups running two or more courts at a time.
It's Super fun and easy!
