We like to make sure we are competing with our serve and our passing. One of our favorite 6v6 for serve and serve receive is serving baseball. Game is played in "innings".
Each side starts in rotation 1, with one side serving and one side in serve receive. Serving side is working to earn 3 "outs" - each point they win is an out. Receiving side is working to earn runs - each point they win is a "run" on the scoreboard.
After 3 outs, they switch serving and receiving sides. After one full inning, flip rotations (we like to go 1, 4, 2, 5, 3, 6 to give middles some rest). Works on being able to score in the serving game while also siding out.
