I have a fun thing. I posted this on my Instagram account and it took off. I have what we call a 'Mine lap'. If the kids get to the point where they aren't talking in a drill, we run a mine lap.
They all go to one corner of the gym and jog around the gym. As they run they are to say 'mine' over and over as they run until they are done. It is slightly embarrassing so a warning sometimes is all it needs.
