A great warmup for
developing fundamentals:
-50 Side to Side Shuffle Passes
-30 Short and Deep Balls (working on creating angles for deep balls)
-20 "drops" to your partner. Partner is on end line and has to instill the "just go" concept. Works on hitting the floor and one hand flicks for defense.
-3 Partner Drill. Each girl goes for 1 minute. Passers runs end line to end line. Tossers stand on opposite end lines. When the passer approaches the end line she will do a "run thru"
-If time and skills allow do a Triangle Pepper Pair Game
(2 partners in left front, 2 in right front, and 2 in middle back). Each of them pass, set, hit to each other. The hit is going to the group on their left.
